This is a BIGTREETECH BTT TMC2209 V1.3 Stepper Motor Driver. TMC 2209 driver v1.3 is an ultra-quiet two-phase stepper motor drive chip, continuous drive current 2.0A, peak current 2.8A, voltage range 4.75V-29V, 256 subdivision. The flexible micro Plyer interpolation unit provides up to 256 subdivisions, allowing perfect sinusoidal control even in systems with limited pulse frequencies; faster motor acceleration/deceleration than stealth Chop, these are also designed because stealthChop2 ultra-quiet technology is widely applied to 3D printing.
The TMC2209 incorporated StallGuard technology to detect alterations in the motor current and use this measurement to detect the end of an axis?? stroke and produce 3D printers without limit switches BIGTREETECH TMC2209 V1.3 Stepper Motor Driver compatible with existing 3D printer electronics, with a standard step/dir. interface, it is easy to use. It can replace the original TMC2208, A4988, DRV8825, LV8729 etc. The CoolStep technology allows the TMC2209 to control the current dynamically, allowing higher current intensities and better thermal performance, which saves up to 75% of electrical energy.
