This is LM393DT STMICROELECTRONICS Analogue Comparator, Dual, Voltage, 2 Comparators, 1.3 ?s, 2V to 36V, SOIC, 8 Pins IC. The LM393DT is a low power Dual Voltage Comparator designed specifically to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. It also has a unique characteristic in that the input common-mode voltage range includes ground even though operated from a single power supply voltage.
