Description

The MCP4725A0T-E/CH is a single channel, buffered voltage output 12bit digital to analog converter (DAC) with EEPROM memory in 6 pin SOT-23 package. Its on-board precision output amplifier allows it to achieve rail-to-rail analog output. This low-power, high-accuracy DAC input, and configuration data can be programmed to nonvolatile memory (EEPROM) by user using the I2C interface command. The nonvolatile memory feature enables the DAC device to hold DAC input code during power-off time and DAC output is available immediately after power-up. The MCP4725 includes a power-on reset (POR) circuit to ensure reliable power up and an on-board charge pump for EEPROM programming voltage. It has two wire I2C compatible serial interface for standard (100KHz), fast (400KHz) or high speed (3.4MHz) mode
