PLF 10-03 pneumatic push in fitting (push to connect fitting) 90? female elbow adapter is designed for using to connect 10mm O.D tubing to R, PT, BSPT 3/8 male threaded device at a right angle. The swivel feature on the female stud end allows setting the tube connector where you want after tightening the thread.
