Order Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

To cancel an order, please submit your request via email only. Our Customer Service team will respond within one business day. Please note that order cancellations or address updates are only possible if the order is still in the “Pending” or “Payment Verification” status. Once the order progresses beyond these statuses, modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

In some cases, a 5% bank charge may apply to cancellations depending on the payment method used. This is due to most payment gateway providers retaining their commission even if the order is canceled and refunded. Given the specialized nature of our products and our strict quality control standards, cancellations and returns without a valid reason are not accepted. Glassfield Infotech Pvt Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.

Return Guidelines:

If a product is found to be faulty and cannot be repaired by the customer or via Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This RMA number must be clearly marked on the shipping boxes. Please ensure that the merchandise packaging (product package) is not written on or damaged. Defective, unused products will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list from your shipment.

Refund Process:

Once a cancellation or return request is accepted, refunds will be processed and issued to the original payment source used for the purchase, such as credit/debit cards, online payment gateways, or bank transfers. Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of approval. The actual time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider and their processing times.

Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is received and inspected, or the cancellation request is confirmed by our team. If the product is found to be used, damaged, or missing any parts, the refund request may be denied or subject to deductions.

You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed. If you do not receive the refund within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Limits of Responsibility:

We are not responsible for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be correctly observed when connecting electrical components.
