The downward winglet abates the radial centrifugal tension and deformation quantity. Precise positioning avoids sweepback while the props are working. Push version propeller is special use on the bottom side of a co-axial frame. Improve safety performance with tightened fitted screws and locknut and two more hole sites. the innovative addition of a limit rubber ring to protect the propeller from abrasion and better shockproof competence.
Each prop is challenging the limit of injection technology and mold for 0.25mm trailing edge, airflow interference reduction, and lift-drag ratio increase.
Heat insulating coating of high shading degree is employed to the surface to protect props from ultraviolet. The prop material of heat endurance enables long-time flight under high temperatures.
CFD Fluid Simulation:
The ideal aerodynamic interaction is achieved with the help of the T-MOTOR propeller performance forecast program. The final propeller design came out from more than 10 candidates after a comparison of targeted working conditions.
CAE Finite Element Analysis:
Fluid-solid coupling technology is employed to analyze the structure by adding load distribution of fluid simulation onto the propeller for
tangible monitoring of the condition of each part.
Caution: Polymer props for coaxial configuration are under testing. Please DO NOT run polymer props on coaxial frames
